James H. Grant, Jr.

Interim Senior Minister

Rev. James Grant is an ordained minister in the PCA and has served in pastoral ministry for over 20 years. His undergraduate degree is from Shorter College in Rome, GA, and his M. Div. is from Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando, FL. He is the author of 1 - 2 Thessalonians: The Hope of Salvation in Preaching the Word series published by Crossway, and as well as several published articles. He manages a local business and provides consulting for leaders in ministry, business, and education. He is married to Brandy, and they have four children.

Dr. Rob Callison

Minister of Operations

Dr. Rob Callison is a retired United States Navy Chaplain. As the minister of operations, he oversees the staff, the day to day functions of the church, and the missional engagement of Riveroaks locally and globally.

Kyle A. Dillon

Assistant Pastor of Theological Instruction

Rev. Kyle Dillon joined the staff at Riveroaks in 2016 and is responsible for theological education, ministry to singles, and social media. A native of Washington State, Kyle studied French and History at Seattle Pacific University, then served in the Navy as an Arabic/Kurdish linguist, and then attended Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis from 2009 to 2013. He also teaches upper school theology and foreign languages at Westminster Academy in Memphis.

Drew Turberville

Minister of Student Ministries

Drew Turberville joined the staff at Riveroaks Reformed Presbyterian Church in January 2018. He and his wife Erin have two young children. Drew has a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Auburn University and a Master’s of Divinity from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Drew is responsible for ministering to students grades 7-12 and their families.

Molly Pennington


Molly Pennington is a graduate of the University of Memphis. She holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Organ Performance and Choral Music Education. Molly has had many years of combined instruction in both organ and piano. Some of her major teachers include Julia Pilgrim, Jennifer Velazquez, John David Peterson, and Kristin Lensch. She has also played in masterclasses led by instructors from Indiana University and the Juilliard School.  In addition to playing the organ, Molly loves to teach piano and choral music to children. Molly is married to Zach, and they have 3 children: Amelia, Paul, and Mary Camille.

Ginger Statom

Choir Director

Ginger McCollum Statom is a native of New Albany, MS, and holds a Bachelor of Music Education degree (piano/voice) from the University of Mississippi. She has taught high school choirs in Florida, as well as locally at Briarcrest Christian School and Westminster Academy. Ginger has also directed adult and youth church choirs at Cleveland Street Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church, First Presbyterian Church of Lake Wales, FL (ARP), and Second Presbyterian Church of Memphis. She has taught piano and voice for over twenty years, and currently maintains a private studio. Currently, Ginger is the Music Director at Westminster Academy, teaching Piano Keyboard Lab, Grammar School music classes, Grammar School Choir, Middle School Choir, High School Choir, the Bel Canto Vocal Ensemble, and handbells, as well as coordinating the strings program. She has four daughters, Margaret, Jennie, Sarah and Ellen.
