Rev. Tommy Lee
Senior Minister
Tommy was installed as the Senior Pastor of Riveroaks in February of 2022. He is married to Elizabeth, and the Lord has graciously given them five children and one daughter-in-law. A graduate of Mississippi State University and Covenant Theological Seminary, Tommy is delighted that God has brought them to Riveroaks, where his wife Elizabeth grew up, from 5th grade until college. Tommy and Elizabeth enjoy spending time with family and friends, having people over to their home, traveling, reading good books, enjoying good food and drink while sitting outside in the fall weather listening to live music, and SEC football.
Rev. Drew Turberville
Associate Pastor
Drew Turberville joined the staff at Riveroaks Reformed Presbyterian Church in January 2018. He and his wife Erin have three children: Cole, Ellie, and Whit. Drew has a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Auburn University and a Master’s of Divinity from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Rev. Kyle A. Dillon
Assistant Pastor of Theological Instruction
Rev. Kyle Dillon joined the staff at Riveroaks in 2016 and is responsible for our adult Sunday School program and theological education. A native of Washington State, Kyle studied French and History at Seattle Pacific University, then served in the Navy as an Arabic/Kurdish linguist, and then attended Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis from 2009 to 2013. Kyle married his wife Leah in 2020, and they had their firstborn daughter Esther in 2021. They welcomed their second child Eden in 2023. Kyle also teaches upper school theology and rhetoric at Westminster Academy in Memphis, and he also blogs occasionally for The Gospel Coalition and on his personal blog Allkirk Network. Some of his work can also be found on his YouTube channel.
Heath Warbritton
RSM Director
Heath was born in Memphis and grew up in Marion, Arkansas. While attending the University of Arkansas, he was introduced to the PCA through the ministry of RUF. Since graduating from the University of Arkansas, Heath has served in a variety of roles at PCA congregations in Fayetteville, Hot Springs, Sherwood, and Hernando. Heath joined the staff of Riveroaks in 2023.
Heath also serves as the Digital Media Coordinator for Riveroaks and is the director of our presbytery’s winter youth conference, CPYC.
Abby Spann
Director of Women's & Children's Ministries
Abby Spann joined the staff at Riveroaks in August of 2023. She and her husband, Cameron, have 3 children. Abby has a Bachelors Degree in Marketing from Mississippi State University. Abby attended Riveroaks from age one until college. After marrying Cameron in 2010, they moved back to Memphis and rejoined Riveroaks. Abby loves serving the children and families of the church.
Ginger Smith
Choir Director
Ginger Smith is a native of New Albany, MS, and holds a Bachelor of Music Education degree (piano/voice) from the University of Mississippi. She has taught high school choirs in Florida, as well as locally at Briarcrest Christian School and Westminster Academy. Ginger has also directed adult and youth church choirs at Cleveland Street Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church, First Presbyterian Church of Lake Wales, FL (ARP), and Second Presbyterian Church of Memphis. She has taught piano and voice for over twenty years, and currently maintains a private studio. Currently, Ginger is the Music Director at Westminster Academy, teaching Piano Keyboard Lab, Grammar School music classes, Grammar School Choir, Middle School Choir, High School Choir, the Bel Canto Vocal Ensemble, and handbells, as well as coordinating the strings program. She has four daughters, Margaret, Jennie, Sarah and Ellen.
