Teach Women to apply the Word to their daily lives

What is in accord with sound doctrine...Teach the older women to be reverent in the way they live....Then they can train the younger women ....so that no one will malign the word of God. 

Riveroaks women lead and participate in several educational opportunities.  During the 2010-2011 school year the Tuesday morning Bible study (9:30-11:30) will be on the book of John, and on Wednesday evenings the women will join the men in a study of spiritual gifts.  Childcare is provided during these times.  A night circle meets monthly, and they will be studying A Woman Looks at Confessions of Faith.

For the 2011 retreat, Riveroaks women will join with women from 14 regional PCA churches for a time of fellowship and teaching.  The speaker will be Melanie Cogdill of Charlotte, NC.
