It's that time of year again! Our annual Vacation Bible School is near, so it's time to sign-up!

Date: June 18-22, 2012 

Time: Each day 8:50am -12:00 noon,

Who: Grades Pre-K -- 6th. 

Info: The theme for this year's VBS is Olympiad 2012. 

Sign Up: There are two things you need to do in order to sign up. 
1) Fill out the registration form below
2) Download the Medical Release Form and bring a completed copy for each child to the first day of VBS.

For clarity and organization purposes, please fill out a separate form for each child.
