Morning Worship

At Riveroaks we place our worship of God as the primary way of praising Him and expressing that praise as a congregation. Emphasis on the reading of the Old and New Testaments (pew bibles provided), the use of the Trinity Hymnal for congregational singing, and study of the Scriptures are vital to Riveroaks worship.
Sunday School

Our Sunday school hour follows the morning worship service. We offer adults 3-4 electives on varying topics, plus a Pastor's Class for visitors who would like to learn more about Riveroaks. The junior and senior high youth have their large group meeting during this time, and there are children's classes for all ages. You can learn more about our Sunday School offerings here.
Evening Worship

Our evening worship service is held only on the first Sunday of every month. All of the other weeks are reserved for community groups. The evening service is similar in content to the morning service. The setting is a bit more casual and intimate, but the emphasis on biblical worship is the same.
Community Groups
Community groups meet every Sunday evening
except for the first Sunday of the month. Groups are geographically-based and meet in homes. There are also two groups that meet at the church, so there is always something going on at Riveroaks on Sunday evening. You can find out more on our

Tuesday
Ladies Bible Study
9:30
Our Tuesday study has all the right ingredients
to enrich your whole week - a challenging and informative lecture, small
group discussion that helps us clarify and apply what we are learning,
and opportunities to develop and deepen relationships with other women. A
nursery is provided, and there’s an exceptional children’s program for
ages 2-4 that will make Tuesdays a day your children look forward to as
much as you do!
Wednesday
Wednesday Evening Meal
5:30 - 6:30
The Wednesday evening lineup begins with a dinner served in our
Fellowship Hall. The meal is prepared by some of our own
culinary-skilled members. The meal is $3 per adult and $2 per children
ages 3-10. Children 2 and under are free, and the max family price is
$12. You can't beat the value!

Youth Group
6:00 - 8:00
The youth group is made up of 7th - 12th grade students and meets up in the youth room. Each week offers a time of fellowship and fun activities, as well as singing praises to our Lord and studying His Word. Please join us this semester as Reid begins a study through the Gospel of Mark. Heart and Soul
6:15 - 7:30
This ministry is designed for the hearts and souls of our covenant children (ages 2 through 6th grade), incorporating both music and catechism. The music portion begins at 6:15 with catechism starting at 6:45. More information can be found on our Children's page.
Adult Choir
6:45 - 8:00
This is a new rehearsal time for the choir this year. The choir sings a variety of styles, including Classical, hymn arrangements, Spirituals, etc.., but always with the desire to lead the congregation in worship. You can find more information about the Riveroaks choir
