Dan & Becky Young
Mexico

Joe, Becky, Elizabeth, and Rachel Harrell moved to Mexico City in 1989 to work in the area of church planting. Here they are with their daughter Rachel.

Currently their ministry is helping to coach Mexican church planters, training, and missionary care. Please join them in praying that God would raise up strong, faithful laborers who would be used by Christ to transform Mexico and the world through the power of the gospel.

April 2005 prayer, Dan Young

Greetings in Christ! "Praise be to God, who has not rejected my prayer or withheld his love from me!" Psalm 66:20

We are thankful that the Lord hears us, and when we sin, he calls us to repentance. But he never withdraws his love from us. As we are on HMA this year we recognize that he is still the one providing for us. We missed the month of March advising you of prayer and praises, and then in a computer changeover I lost everything on Outlook. So we are catching up, realizing that some may not be on this list that were on before. We will keep working on the recuperation of all that list. In the meantime, please share these and pray for us!

1) Thanks for safe travel to St. Louis and to Tucson.
2) that our children are doing well in school.
3) that we could help a work team from Colorado.
4) that Becky's parents returned well to St. Louis and that they enjoyed their stay in El Paso.
5) that Dan could help a church in Tucson seeking entrance into the PCA. He preached in Spanish for them the 20th of March.

Please pray:
1) for health in our family;
2) for our support, that we may have opportunities to speak with people and churches.  We need new pledges.
3) for my (Dan) studies. I have a load of reading for April.
4) for the Pastor Franciso and his church in Tucson; though he did well in his trial licensure exam, we ran into a delay. Pray we have wisdom and they will not be discouraged.
5) for San Pablo Seminary, that our successful "expo" this week (3/28) would result in new students and teachers.

Thank you again for faithful prayer support. If you know of anyone who missed this or would like to be added, please have them write us or send us their address!
